South Africa's coastline is 3,000km long so it's not surprising that it has some of the best surf in the world. |
|
| |
We teach absolute beginners the basics of surfing, show you the way to paddle out, catch a wave and control your body weight as you stand up. We use Mini-Malibu surfboards, which are designed with flotation and stability in mind, making them light, stable and easy to learn on.
Cape Town also offers the annual Big Wave Surfing competition at Cape Point, every year. You can Surf in Cape Town, Blaauwberg, Muizenberg, Kommetjie, Strand and all around the South Africa coast line.

Surfing is where someone is carried along the face of a breaking wave as it approaches shore, usually on a surfboard. In addition to surfboards, surfers make use of body boards (aka boogie boards), kneeboards, kayaks, surf skis, and their own bodies.

| There are plenty of Surfing courses on offer - return home from your holiday having conquered the seas and the challenge of riding a wave. Come and enjoy Surfing in Cape Town. Day Trips, Tours, Adventure Activities. |
